ENERGY Establishment of electrical power generation plant, commissioning, renting, production of electrical energy, electric energy and capacity of the customer is engaged in sales. In order to achieve this purpose, the Company shall operate in accordance with the electricity market legislation in the following areas:

To make the necessary investments in the fields of hydroelectric, geothermal, wind, solar, biogas and natural gas energy.

1.2- To apply new technologies to obtain energy from solid wastes and domestic wastes, to make partnerships with technology firms that implement them and to operate facilities to be established.

1.3- All kinds of power plant to generate electricity, to take into operation, to take over, to rent, to rent, to take over the license, to transfer the license, to be a partner.

1.4-To sell the generated electricity and capacity to wholesale licensees, retail licensees and eligible consumers via bilateral agreements.

1.5-To enter into a subsidiary relationship with the distribution companies established or to be established without creating a control.

1.6-To enter into affiliate relations with the electricity energy generation companies to be established or to be established.

To implement new technologies in order to obtain energy from solid waste and domestic wastes, to partner with technology companies that implement them, to operate the facilities to be established.
To take ready energy companies, rent, operate, establish partnership, take representation.
